Post Birth

The process of labour is often likened to a marathon, with even the most natural births still physical exhausting. While there is a beautiful baby to comfort you at the end, many women may need further assistance to manage the physical and emotional effects post birth. Boosting energy and blood supply to maximise milk production and hasten recovery, as well as mastitis, postpartum bleeding, cesarean scars and even postnatal depression.

POST NATAL DEPRESSION

It is natural to feel incredibly emotional, numb or even sad in the days following your baby’s birth. While most of this can be attributed to a drop in pregnancy hormones, if it doesn’t go away, lets build your energy and blood reserves back up, rebalance adrenal glands, regulate hormones and even calm your mind.
